Making it safely ashore
Building on decades of industry and professional experience and informed by grounded theory interviews with interviewees from across the globe, we introduced the Family Bridges Institute brand. The launch of the brand was supported by a new website and both print and digital collateral. The brand continues to be shared with new audiences through strategic, targeted communications and public relations with key journalists and media around the world.
Grounded Theory Research
We conducted grounded theory interviews to understand the Family Bridges Workshop and Aftercare Protocol, other intervention programs, and the landscape they operate in. In addition to our interviews with professionals and experts from around the world, we conducted a competitive analysis and reviewed the following: Family Bridges program materials, academic journals and research, online videos, social media narratives, news articles and other media, books, current legislation, relevant court cases, and charitable organizations within the space.
Brand Identity
We developed a distinct brand identity for Family Bridges Institute that communicates three brand values: confident, structured, and optimistic. The unique brand marks, colours, and fonts were selected because of their elegance and to instil trust in the consumer while representing the journey they may find themselves on when interacting with the brand. This was rolled out onto print and digital collateral including presentations, letterhead, and business cards.
Website Design and Development
We designed and developed a new website for Family Bridges Institute that highlights its key focus areas: the Family Bridges Workshop and Aftercare Protocol, research, training, and education. The website needed to be user friendly while displaying a large amount of information in an accessible manner.
Strategic Communications and PR
We advise Family Bridges Institute on relevant communication opportunities to an array of audiences to address common misconceptions surrounding severe parental alienation and the various intervention programs available. We work with journalists around the world to ensure the right information is being shared at the right time.
